Kansas Children's Service League's eLearning program is providing online professional development courses for a variety of professionals including child care providers, social workers, home visitors, foster and adoptive parents, nurses, educators, and head start employees who desire to increase their effectiveness in serving families and children. Kansas Children’s Service League is committed to bringing the best in continuing education to adult learners around the state – anytime, anywhere, at any stage in life.
eLearning courses offer unlimited geographic access and are designed to provide continuing education credit hours as well as meet professional licensing requirements. Courses developed are interactive, high-quality offerings with online instructors who are available to guide participants through the completion of the course requirements. Adult learning styles are met through audio, video, graphics and written text in each course. Students are required to respond to discussion questions online and interact with others enrolled in the class.

We invite you to see what our courses are like. Please use the following directions to access two demo courses.
1. Please click on "My Classes" located on the left hand side of your screen.
2. Log in with the following information (case sensitive)
Username: demoks
Password: demoks
3. For the Demo Child Abuse and Neglect instructor-led course,
Click on the title of the course listed under "Facilitated Courses."
When the page refreshes, click on the title of the course again and a pop up window will load with the course materials.
4. For the Demo Methamphetamine self-paced course:
Click on "Launch Course" located under the course title listed under "Self-Paced Courses."
The course will open and self launch in a new window.
Please note for all courses you will need to have your pop up blocker turned off, and for self-paced courses you will need a computer that has audio capabilities.
